Yukimo, what's wrong? Please tell me...

Comments

When I had hamsters one of them was bleeding down there too, I didn't take her to the vet since I thought it was normal. >_< (That was quite stupid of me, but luckily it didn't seem to affect her, she passed away about a year later due to old age.) Anyway, I hope Yuki gets better and the vet finds a proper treatment. You could try Hamster Hideout Forums, unless that's where you checked before. Good luck!
Hi
I really think you need to take your hamster to the vet :) It is better to get Hammy seen by someone who can help her.

I had a lovely big ginger and white Syrian hamster called Pumpkin about 5 years ago. He lived for about 2 years.
ahhahaha yukimo is a tweeker!
I hope Yuki-chan will be alright soon :(
Poor Yuki. :( I hope you find out what's wrong.
*Sends love to Yukimo<33333*
Thank you so much, everyone! Yukimo has a lot of energy, so even though I'm worried, I know that she'll pull through. She's a tough little cookie!
Many little animals have health issues from what I've seen over the years. I think that their little bodies just can't handle a lot, so something "wrong" is bound to happen sooner or later. I'm glad that your little hammy was able to pull through. It sounds like she still lived a great life with you, and in the end, that's really all that matters. ^^

I've been to Hamster Hideout before and it's been extremely helpful. I liked it so much that I signed up for membership there. Thanks for the suggestion though. I appreciate it. ^_________^ (Yuki does too, tee hee.)
Yeah, I'd like to take her to the vet. My past experiences with the vet have never been that great. A lot of vets in this area don't seem to be very familiar with small pets, like they are with cats, dogs and the bigger animals. *sigh* If anything, I'll probably try to get in contact with a vet to see what he has to suggest for little Yukimo.

Aw, I bet Pumpkin had a good life with you! Two years is such a nice, long life for a hammy. n__n
Poor thing. Though that video was cracking me up. When Yukimo would fall over, too adorably funny. ;) I hope you figure out what is wrong, she's too cute to leave us too soon. <3

Yukimo rocks!!!

Yukimo has a weird thing for flipping over on her back. She used to just do it by accident, but now she throws herself on her back and wobbles around a bit every now and then. She always looks so cute! I wonder what goes on in her head, haha. ^__~

I hope it isn’t tumors it can form in there pouches and mouths as well as on there bodies, I hope everything gets better, but wishful thinking on my side will not make it true! So if she gets better I will be happy if anything else I hope she goes quickly and peacefully. This makes me sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know... I hope she doesn't have a tumor, too. It's just so difficult to tell what's wrong with little animals. I feel like it's easier to communicate with bigger animals sometimes-- they have a way that they can connect with people. Little animals can form that connection, too, but the language is hard to decipher at times. (-_-) It's kind of like trying to talk to a little kid who wants something, who needs something, but can't find the right words to tell us.

Thanks so much for all your sweet thoughts, Jamie. They mean a lot. <3 !
Yukimo is so beautiful! I hope she's o.k.!

Hi Yuki-chan I hope you are ok. :)

I hope Yukimo gets better soon.
* * * sending positive energy to yukimo * * *
she's in the safest hands under your care ;-)
Yeah, she seems to be doing well, despite that one problem, so I'm taking her high energy as a good thing! n_n

Thanks to everyone who has sent their well-wishes. I'm sure Yuki appreciates it, tee hee. <3
awwww! she is so cute! =)
I sure hope she'll be ok. *sends up a prayer to St. Francis*

Yukimo is so cute and still seems to be full of energy. Let´s hope it´s nothing serious.

Aw, poor Yukimo. :( I hope that the bleeding stops. I completely agree with what you say about the vet. Anytime I've taken one of my pets there (guinea pig, hamster, mice) they either got worse or died shortly after. Sad, but true. Anyway, hope that she's okay.
I really hope Yuki will get better soon. Being active is a good sign. God bless!
my hamster was once alive but he died his name was cream puff
So it's not just me then, huh? My mom and sisters are also hesitant with bringing small animals in to the vet now. After some of the past few experiences we've had, it's just become too hard... This dreading feeling overwhelms all of us, and it's pretty much unbearable at times.

Thanks for your concern, hon. <3 Yuki and I appreciate it.
Hope Yuki starts feeling better.
[this is good]
Thanks for the video, she is such a darling little plum. :)
